H.R. 8051 A 1000% Tax On Semiautomatic Firearms

Just when you thought the Democrats were spiritually defeated with the string of recent SCOTUS rulings on a variety of cases, including the 2A, they are back. You must understand that they see defeats as a minor setback and instead double down in their creativity to force their will upon you. Someone once wrote about people like today's Democrats. His name, Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli.

Machiavelli was a 16th century Italian political thinker, a diplomat, author, philosopher and historian who lived during the Renaissance. He is best known for his political treatise "The Prince," written about 1513 but not published until 1532. Machiavelli had an understanding of human nature. He understood winners and losers. His observations pivot around a central and uncomfortable fact, that the wicked, tend to win and they do so because, they have a huge advantage over the good.

The wicked are willing to act with the darkest of ingenuity, cunning and ruthlessness to further their goals. They are not held back by those rigid moral restraints of the human spirit, moral principles. The wicked are prepared to do whatever it takes to win. They will tell half truths. They will fabricate lies. They will exaggerate or downplay situations. They know how, should the opportunity arise, to seductively deceive. Be charming and gracious. They will make back room deals with enemies. They will betray allies and friends. They will use violence as a means to an end. And in doing all of this, they more often than not, conquer the World. And in the spirit of wickedness, here comes H.R. 8051...

The Bill is at the moment sitting in the Weights and Means committee waiting for a vote, and unfortunately, most people aren't even aware of this nefarious effort to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, using the Bill to impose a 1000% excise tax on the sale of large capacity magazines, other firearm feeding devices, and semi-automatic firearms. It is the brain child of Virginia Democrat Representative, Don Beyer. The Bill exempts the United States, state, and local governments from the tax. But of course.

Well how would they know what I got, particularly those firearms I bought through private sales? Great question! Only way is for IRS tax forms to be revised to include a section for you to disclose and declare [under penalty of perjury] what firearms you own that are subject to H.R. 1808, the Assault Weapons Ban. As this initiative "falls" under the Government's taxation powers, IT DOES NOT require the Senate's 60 votes, it can be passed under appropriation, which requires only a simple majority vote with the VP Harris, breaking the tie of 50-50.

WHAT THIS MEANS IS THAT IT CAN PASS BOTH THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE!

I hope you are able to afford it because this is a yearly tax on your semiautomatic firearms listed on H.R. 1808, not just a one time event. Additionally, the new law cannot be challenged in the SCOTUS as a violation of the Second Amendment because it doesn't ban anything related to the 2A, and effectively falls under the recognized jurisdiction of the government to levy an excise tax on goods and services as per the Commerce Claus.

That’s how Obamacare came to be. Obama’s DOJ argued in the SCOTUS that Obamacare, wasn't imposing a penalty on those refusing healthcare but was instead a tax, and as such, was within the scope of the government’s authority. Justice Roberts agreed, giving the liberal justices the majority. And we got Obamacare.

Furthermore , the Democrats don't even have to ban assault rifles to get their way. All they have to do is levy an absurdly high tax and force you to disclose what firearms you have or face Perjury charges. If need be, they will have 87,000 new "armed" agents to enforce the new tax or confiscate the assets in said violation. By the way, another subsequent result of this Bill is that there is no need for a national gun registry, as you basically have a gun registration without having a gun registration. What's next? I leave it to their creative imagination but know this...

H.R. 8051 BILL IS AT THIS POINT, "UNSTOPPABLE" UNLESS, WE GET A COUPLE OF DEMOCRAT SENATORS TO DEFECT, AND NO RHINO TO JOIN THE DEMOCRATS.
